What to expect
Our trained operators will clear your driveway after more than 1" of new snow has fallen during a single snow event.
Our season runs from November 1st through April 15th
Our tractor operators will safely leave a buffer of ~2' around obstacles and in front of garage doors
All communication is done through our customer portal
Requirements
- All debris should be removed from the driveway prior to the snow event
- We can only service areas of your driveway that are accessible by our equipment.
- We will operate on a "best effort" basis near steep inclines, tight areas, or vehicles in or around driveway.
- All obstacles such as retaining walls, rocks, or ornaments would need to be marked in advance of any services.
