We are currently seeking licensed drivers to join our team as Tractor Operators. We provide residential snow removal in Blaine, Minnesota and surrounding communities, and we are looking for dedicated, experienced, and motivated individuals who strive to deliver top-quality service.

As a Tractor Operator, you will perform residential snow removal using a large tractor equipped with an inverted snowblower implement, while providing friendly customer service and support.

This position is part-time, as needed during snow events. Shifts can occur during the day or night, depending on storm timing.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a good driving record, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to work events throughout the day or night.
