Started using them for snow plowing then found out they did lawn work as well. I switched from my old service because of lack of communication — right off the bat with Iceworks the communication was awesome. They are always responsive and do really great work!

This was our first winter having a company do our snow removal. It took us a while to get used to how things work when you're waiting for someone else to do the job — everyone can't be first! They use a portal to keep customers informed on snowfall, street clearing, and approximate times to expect them. This was a BIG help. They also come out after just an inch of snow, which we really appreciate. Good company!

We used Iceworks the last couple of years and are very happy with the results. It's been amazing to not worry about plowing after a long weekend away, or coming home from work and having to snow blow before pulling into the garage. The best part is that Iceworks comes after just 1 inch of snowfall — very hard to find. They use a large green John Deere tractor and both of my toddlers love it! As soon as we hear the big tractor engine, we rush out the door for the "live show." It's their favorite part of the day sometimes. Ha!

Had them for the second year for snow removal. They do a fantastic job. I love their website for keeping us up to date with what they will be doing and when. They come as often as needed to ensure we don't get plowed in by the city.

Used Iceworks last winter for snow removal services. They were wonderful! I like that they blow the snow as opposed to plowing — they didn't damage my lawn like other companies I've used. If they've already been out before the city plow, they come back through later to clear that mound at the end of the driveway. Always prompt to respond by email. Super happy with their service.
